Custom Flooring Options:

TONGUE and GROOVED: This feature ensures the boards will fit together exactly and makes installation easier. The product will have tongue on one end and groove on the other. The groove fits on top and underneath the tongue to allow for easy installation and secure fit. This milling option is typically used in interior floors, walls, and ceilings.

SHIPLAP: This feature is a finished edge that works well in exterior siding. For shiplap, the board has a profile where it sits on top of the adjacent piece, allowing for expansion and contraction without showing the joint. Shiplap is milled exactly to your specifications.

S4S/S3S RIPPED OR MOLDER RAN: Material with this feature will have straight edges, freshly milled on 3 or 4 sides depending on requests. The side that may or may not be surfaced is the fact. This feature works well for interior wall applications, ceiling treatments, or trim planks.

Custom Barn Siding Options:

SHIPLAP: This method is typically for exterior siding and provides superior protection against indiscernible gapping. Each board is designed to sit on top of the adjacent piece to allow for expansion and contraction without showing the joint.

S4S/S3S RIPPED OR MOLDER RAN: Material with this feature will have straight edges, freshly milled on 3 or 4 sides depending on requests. The side that may or may not be surfaced is the fact. This feature works well for interior wall applications, ceiling treatments, or trim planks. Keep in mind, Barn Siding with this feature is milled on the half inch, meaning if you order 3" - 6" widths, the board face widths will actually be 3.5", 4.5", 5.5", and 6.5".
